• walker-launch ensures Elephant and walker --gapplication-service are up, then execs the Walker UI (used by wallpaper picker, theme menu, IPTV, etc.).
• walker-keybinds drives launcher/keybind flows.
• walker-iptv-cache.sh / walker-iptv-play.sh refresh an IPTV channel list and launch mpv after picking a channel in Walker.
• themes-apply.sh restarts the Walker service after a theme switch so new style.css is picked up.
